Sir Ralph Robins
was Chairman of Rolls-Royce plc from 1992 to 2003, having joined the company as a graduate apprentice in 1955. Sir Ralph was Chairman of the Defence Industries Council, a Non-executive Director of Standard Chartered plc, a past President of the Society of British Aerospace Companies and is Chairman of the Alter Technology Group

Fernando Franco
is co-chairman of the newly formed Alter Technology Group and is the founder and president of Tecnológica. Fernando has a lifetime experience in the sector having built up the Spanish business that he founded in 1986 as an entrepreneur. Fernando has worked with many of the Group's current customers including a period as an ESA staff member in the Spacecraft technology Dept. and at EADS CASA as an engineer.

Peter Higgs
Alter Technology's CEO and Operations Director has over 30 years' experience in aerospace and defence, including senior engineering, technical, and management roles. After 22 years with Plessey and GEC Marconi, he served as Managing Director of Stewart Hughes Ltd and then as Divisional Managing Director with Smiths Aerospace. Peter joined Alter UK ( then IGG) as Managing Director in 2005 and currently also retains that position.

Luis Gomez
Alter Technology's Business Development Director has a background firmly rooted in the sector having worked with -EADS / CASA 's Project Management Department, at -TECNOLOGICA as Programme Manager followed by a period with EyP as Commercial Director International markets before returning again to TECNOLOGICA where he has been General Manager since 1995.

Andrew Ferguson
Alter Technology's Chief Financial Officer and also responsible for IT, is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in continental Europe for the last 20 years including positions as Finance Director at ICI in Italy, CFO/CIO of Zambon Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals and for the past seven years, prior to joining ATG, as Director Finance at BMC Software Inc. for southern Europe based in Milan and Madrid
